I read The Magicians on my flight home from the Montreal Worldcon, and not only do I fully expect to see it on the Hugo ballot, I will most likely be nominating it myself. (I say "most likely" because I suppose it's possible that five other books will blow me away more than this one did -- but I sincerely doubt that will be the case!)
