Oh, I agree. mabfan has posted some things to think about and I don't have a firm opinion yet, but my inclination is in favor of the filters. I wouldn't use them personally, but I don't think they should be illegal so long as the government does not try to mandate their use by anyone. (And that's a pretty big "if", considering what's been done to libraries.) I was just trying to explain the argument I think mabfan was making.
