[livejournal.com profile] gnomi and I spent a very restful holiday at her parents' house. As is traditional, we had a milchig meal at one point. Most of the time we napped and read. I finished Dayworld Rebel by Philip Jose Farmer, a book I never would have known about if not for [livejournal.com profile] sethcohen. (I'd already read Dayworld and I've just started Dayworld Breakup; if I have time at some point, I'll explain why I decided to read this trilogy.

Coming back from a holiday always means not having all the time to catch up with everything. As much as I hate to say this sort of thing, because it puts the onus on others, if there's a post you want to bring to my attention, please do so here. Otherwise I may miss it.

I am pleased that you have found the Farmer books and are enjoying them. I'm especially pleased that the kid's asleep and I'm not at work, so I have time to read LJ. :)
