Science Fiction Stories Set in Boston?

magid in this post (http://www.livejournal.com/users/magid/811890.html) has asked for recommendations of science fiction books and stories set in Boston. It set me to wondering if anyone has actually made a comprehensive list of such stories; all I could find on the web was this page (http://www.cas.suffolk.edu/richman/Boston/bosbib.htm), which is much more generic. Does anyone know of such a list? If not, she's willing to take on the job of compiling it. (Her goal is to create a science fiction oriented tour of Boston.)
(BTW, although I did leave this post open for replies, people should probably reply to her, since she's the one compiling the list...)
