brookline, today is Town Election Day in Brookline, Massachusetts. Although I am not up for any offices this year, I'm campaigning for others, as we have contested races for Selectmen and School Committee.

gnomi in for Town Meeting, just to annoy her. :-)
If anyone out there is interested in my endorsements, e-mail me and I'll let you know whom I've endorsed in the contested races. (As an elected Town Meeting Member and Library Trustee, my endorsement in local races actually has some small value to it. I never thought I'd be approached by candidates who wanted my endorsement, but it does happen.)
