Yesterday, my younger brother and his wife had their first child, a girl. Emma Violet Burstein entered the world at 4:10 PM, weighing 7 pounds 4 ounces and measuring 19 inches.
Oh, and I did finally find and read my Burtzine! I adored Mike Resnick's letter to social security. I expected him to break into "this is an ex-father" at any moment.
