Regarding your latest email:
I did in fact reply to your first one, on the very day I received it, September 22nd. Apparently, you never received my reply, but I never got a bounce message, so I had no way of knowing that. Since you gave no other way to contact you but your email address, I am posting this in my public blog to let you know that I did in fact send a reply, both on September 22nd and today, October 6. If the first one got caught in some sort of spam filter, it's possible the second one will as well, and so you'll have no way of knowing that I am, in fact, responding to you.
I have sent the reply now from four different addresses of mine, hoping that one gets through.
If you still have not received my email reply, please contact me again via email with a mailing address and I will send you a paper letter.
