I keep a journal.
I mean a real journal, a personal diary. I've kept it since I was 14, in small binders
with looseleaf paper. I'm up to about 43-44 volumes now.
Part of the reason I have trouble with the livejournal concept is that I'm already used to
writing things down, for my own reference. It's just a simple journal of what I've done
every day. I've thought of going to the computer to start keeping my journal, but I'm so
used to the format I've been using for (gack!) most of my life, and there's something
about leaving a journal behind in my own actual handwriting.
The problem is, I've started falling behind massively. Usually if I was a day or two
behind, I wouldn't be able to sleep unless I updated it. Now it's stuck back in the
middle of October and I'm doing what I can to bring it forward, updating on Sundays and
things like that.
If anyone's interested...
