A few weeks ago, [personal profile] gnomi and I were discussing the most common abbreviation we've seen for the title of the movie "Snakes on a Plane". We simultaneously came up with the same thought, which we've decided to share with you all. Because it was a joint effort, we've posted the same thing simultaneously. Enjoy!

This is the story of two adversaries:

Samuel L. JacksonSamuel L. Jackson

and
Snakes Snakes.

This is Samuel L. JacksonSamuel L. Jackson

and these are Snakes Snakes.

And this is SoaP SoaP!

I find that my reaction to the trailers for "Snakes on a Plane" is rather reminiscent of the one I had to the trailers and other promotional material for "Open Water." In other words, you've made it seem a lot better here than any of the official materials have. :P

We're amused by the whole concept of the film, and we're sure it'll be exactly what it purports to be. But in truth, it's not our kind of movie, so I doubt we'll go see it.

However, I wouldn't mind watching some episodes of Soap again...

Y'know, I'm certain I watched Soap when I was a kid, and so I of course remember absolutely nothing about it. It's out on DVD now, so if ever you decide to have a viewing marathon, if you also decide you'd like company ... :>

Now repeat that entire paragraph here, replacing Soap with The Greatest American Hero. Heh.
