Unofficial Harvard 15th Reunion Social: Thursday, June 8

Not that I expect this to reach anyone relevant, but I figured I'd cast as wide a net as possible.

Even though there is no official Thursday night social for the Class of 1991's 15th anniversary reunion, a few of us are planning to get together anyway.

Where: John Harvard's Brew House, 33 Dunster Street, Cambridge

When: Thursday, June 8, at 7:30 PM

We'll have either a sign or a visible copy of the Fifteenth Anniversary Report (the red book), but if you decide in advance to come, by all means let me know.

I've emailed the official Class of 1991 mailing list and gotten some response there as well. We'll see what happens.

Unfortunately I got really aggravated at the amount of mail I considered spammy coming from the alum lists, and the only way to get rid of it was to say "never mail me ever" so I'm pretty out of the loop.

The list I'm referring to isn't from the alumni office. It's a list for members of the Class to email the rest of the Class. You can sign up for it indpendently of anything else via the post.harvard.edu page.

I don't believe you. :) I've looked for such a thing on and off for years. Can you provide a link or a subscribe address?

Go to http://post.harvard.edu and log yourself in. On the right side, you'll see a box titled "Alumni Services." Click on the link that reads "Discussion Groups." That will take you to a page where you can browse groups by subject under the phrase "Discussion Group Communities."

Click on "Harvard Schools." That will take you to another list of links. Click on "Harvard College." That should take you to a list of years. Scroll down. Click on "Harvard 1991" and follow the procedures to join.
