Well, the Official Boston CowParade page may still have a dearth of information, but thaks to the Boston Herald (yes, I'm thanking the Herald), you can find a list and map of all the cows at http://theedge.bostonherald.com/cows/.

We've had elephants & donkeys and pandas in D.C. but no cows. At least not yet. There was a news report several months ago there would be a new display featuring terrapins, but it hasn't yet appeared.
