I've just come across a calendar that claims that February 27, which is my birthday, is International Polar Bear Day. Does anyone know anything more about this?
Googling "National Polar Bear Day" yields 9 sites, all of which confirm that 27 February is, in fact, National Polar Bear Day. However, none of them appear to say why.
