Location: Meet at Park St. Station, by the MBTA Cow. We'll be heading from there to the remaining (approximately 55) cows we did not see on MooTour I.

I assume last time you saw the fat cows and this time you'll tour the skinny cows?

Which means that we will have seven years of silly, animal-based sculptures scattered around town, followed by seven years with a dearth of silly animal sculptures.

the statues around Boston confuse me. Being city girl bred, I've always had the impression that boy cows (aka bulls) had horns and no udders, while girl cows (aka cows) had udders and no horns. But the creatures around Boston have both. Therefore, I have taken to calling them "androgynous bovines".

Oddly, we've mostly been referring to the cows as "he." Probably because they're so androgynous.
