The story will be appearing in the anthology Future Weapons of War edited by Joe Haldeman and Martin H. Greenberg (Baen Books), and as you can see, I just discovered a link about that book. If you click there, you'll get to see the cover and a description of the book. In addition, Baen has put up Joe's introduction and a few sample stories from the book (although not mine, alas). So go read and enjoy.
