As someone just recently getting into Doctor Who (like, a month and a half ago type of recently), I originally skoffed and laughed at the Daleks. But after seeing all of season 1 (or 10, or whatever? The 2005 series), I'm right behind the couch, hiding with all the other Who fans.
Oh, I am so envious! I saw that pattern linked off Making Light a few days ago and was thinking that it might just be enough to push me into learning how to knit...
