I had noticed that from the program participant website. Our moderator is Jonathan Woodward, and Alexx Kay is also on the panel. This should be fun.

Again, my apologies for stepping into unfamiliar territory.

That panel sounds very interesting, and I wish I lived in the area so that i could attend. Unfortunately I live in illinois, and my oldest son and I will be attending a pre-release tournament for Magic:The Gathering.

Still, it would be intriguing to see how many people make the distinction that Superman is Clark Kent, while Bruce Wayne is Batman.

The difference being that Clark Kent sees himself as Clark Kent, and Superman is the role he puts on (much like a policeman puts on his uniform and becomes "Officer"). Batman sees Bruce Wayne as the role he puts on for the public.

Actually, the panel goes beyond just Superman and Batman. The precis concerns what superhero comics are losing by abandoning the concept of secret identities.
