mabfanAlexandra Scott, the 8-year-old founder of Alex's Lemonade Stand, finally succumbed to her neuroblastoma yesterday.
Two years ago, she decided to set up a lemonade stand to raise money to fight pediatric cancer. The effort spread last June to all 50 states, Canada, and France. She raised $700,000 towards her goal of $1 million.
