My latest column for The Brookline Parent is on dealing with Night Terrors. Not exactly a column to enjoy, but I think some folks will find it of interest.
That sounds so scary, both the experience itself and the possible repercussions. Sorry I don't have any useful advice to offer but I hope she grows out of it soon.
