So tonight before going to dinner at Taam China, [livejournal.com profile] gnomi runs into [livejournal.com profile] tigerbright, [livejournal.com profile] teddywolf, and [livejournal.com profile] chaiya. Then, when I finally join Nomi (after picking up a copy of WONDROUS BEGINNINGS, a new anthology that reprints my first short story, everyone go pick it up now), we also run into [livejournal.com profile] arib. Oddly enough, Nomi and I spent a lot of time talking about LiveJournal and LJ communities over dinner. She asked me if I had read [livejournal.com profile] farwing today, which sounded fun ny to my ears.

Nomi also saw [livejournal.com profile] chanaleh through a window in Kendal Square today...

At Florentina? Yes! I saw someone walk by who I thought might have been [livejournal.com profile] gnomi under all the bundling. *waves belatedly to [livejournal.com profile] gnomi*

Nomi was sitting in the Baskin Robbins with Jen Gordon, and saw you walking towards Florentina...

Please help out the lazy folks who don't make it out for periodicals often enough -- where can we get it? Can it be mail-ordered?

It's actually a book, published by DAW. You can find it on amazon.com, for example, as well as your local bookstore. The editors are Steven H. Silver and Martin H. Greenberg.

And I appreciate the interest... :-)

Ah, books are easy, especially from name-brand publishers :-) . Congrats! For some reason I thought you were describing a smaller-press operation. Thanks for the info.

I've posted a link to a review, by the way...
