I couldn't sleep, so I went back to watching election returns.

NBC is granting Ohio to Bush, giving him 269 electoral votes of the 270 needed. But the Kerry campaign refuses to concede, because not all the votes have been counted.

I noticed that CNN and Fox were more (ahem) conservative than NBC, not granting Ohio to Bush for quite some time, while NBC already had it in Bush's column.

I really need to get to sleep.

Hate to point it out, but it's Kerry that needs 270. Bush just needs 269. If it's a 269-269 tie, it goes to the Republican controlled House and Senate to pick, respectively, the President and Vice-President.
